800 Global English™ is an online English learning platform offering structured lessons, classroom tools for teachers, and a community-centered approach to language learning. We do not provide tutoring services or process payments between teachers and students.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account (or have a parent/guardian's consent if under 18). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We are a family-friendly program. A single subscription may be used by everyone living in your single-dwelling household. Accounts may not be shared outside of your home. A maximum of two (2) simultaneous logins per account is allowed at any time — and we make it easy to invite others who have the need or desire to learn English.
Teachers who create classrooms are responsible for the appropriate use of the platform within their class. 800 Global English™ provides the tools and curriculum — any private tutoring arrangements and payments are made directly between teachers and students and are not the responsibility of 800 Global English™.
You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content. You may not use the platform in any way that harms other users or disrupts the service.
All content on 800 Global English™ — including lessons, audio, images, and written materials — is the property of 800 Global English™ and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
We work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. This policy applies to all users of our app and website, in all supported languages, worldwide.
We do not use audio recordings, usage data, or any other information collected from children for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering and grading lesson exercises.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as payment processors) strictly to operate the platform. We may share data if required by law.
800 Global English is designed to be appropriate for learners of all ages, including children, and all content is G-rated.
Students join the platform only by invitation from a teacher who has enrolled them in a class. If a student under 13 is invited to join, the teacher is responsible for confirming that appropriate parental or guardian consent has been obtained before the student's account is created or activated. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13 outside of this teacher-invitation process.
We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is necessary to provide the lesson and grading features described above, and we do not use children's data for targeted advertising. Parents, guardians, or the enrolling teacher may request access to, or deletion of, a child's data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).
Our site content is translated using advanced AI technology to make learning accessible in many languages. These translations do not involve your personal data.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable step to keep your data safe.
You may request to access, update, or delete your personal data — or a child's data, if you are their parent, guardian, or authorized teacher — at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
If you are located in the European Union or another region with its own data protection laws (such as the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.
We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion, or your account is closed, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the platform is being used. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser at any time.

We want you to feel confident trying 800 Global English™. Here is how our refund and subscription process works.
New users receive a 5-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period.
We offer three subscription options: 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. The only difference between them is the duration — every plan includes the complete 800 Global English™ learning program, from day one.
We do not automatically charge your credit card when your subscription expires — there are no surprises. If you need more time, simply re-subscribe when you are ready, and all of your previous progress and tracking will be right where you left off. Please note that we reserve the right to remove saved tracking data 30 days after a subscription expires, so we encourage you not to wait too long!
Because we provide a full 5-day free trial before any payment is required, all subscription purchases are final. However, if you need to pause your account due to illness, travel, or life circumstances, contact us and we will make that happen.
Thank you for being a teacher on 800 Global English™. This policy outlines how teacher classrooms work and your responsibilities as an educator on the platform.
As a teacher, you have access to a dedicated classroom dashboard where you can invite students, organize groups, send messages, and monitor progress — including listening to students' recorded audio responses.
You may invite students using your personal Quick Link or by sending email invitations. Please only invite individuals who have agreed to join your classroom. Do not use the invitation tools for spam or unsolicited outreach.
You are responsible for the wellbeing and appropriate engagement of students in your classroom. If your students include minors, you are responsible for obtaining consent from their parents or guardians before inviting them to the platform.
800 Global English™ provides the tools and curriculum — it does not provide tutoring services or process any payments between you and your students. Any private teaching arrangements, tutoring fees, or payment agreements are made entirely between you and your students and are your own responsibility.
Your classroom must be used for genuine English learning purposes. Teachers may not use the platform tools to promote unrelated products or services, collect student data for outside use, or engage in any behavior that is harmful, misleading, or disrespectful.
Student audio recordings submitted within lessons are for educational review purposes only. They must not be shared, redistributed, or used outside of the learning context.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place within your classroom. If you become aware of any misuse, please contact us immediately.
800 Global English™ may update features, tools, and curriculum from time to time. We will do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.
You are welcome to display 800 Global English™ videos on a screen in your classroom or group setting (such as a place of worship, community center, or school). You may also print PDFs and Certificates for your students. However, your account login credentials must not be shared with anyone. Anyone wishing to access the full program should subscribe individually — and we make that easy and affordable for everyone.
Your teacher account password is personal and must not be shared with students or other persons. Each person accessing the platform should have their own account.
